ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational company operating in the construction industry, a leading force in its field, is seeking a Junior Cost Controller, to join their team.
📌 Location: Viotia, Attikis
🖋️You will be reporting to: Finance Manager
Your daily activities will include, and you will be familiar with:
- Maintaining current and forecasted Cash Flow data when compared to projected Cash Flow
- Participation in the month closing, budgeting process and business plan
- Monitoring Variable and Fixed costs Budget
- Performing cost deviation analysis and identifying causes
- Actual/Standard cost of articles calculation and deviation analysis
- Monitor performance and determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators for critical department metrics
- Participation in international projects, cooperation with the headquarters in Italy.
- Ensure alignment of Cash Flow and Budget with projected targets.
- Actively contribute to key projects, ensuring timely and effective participation.
- Consistently meet financial and operational deadlines to support business objectives.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in an industrial environment or a setting that covers the full accounting and finance cycle (Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Sales).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus) and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce are preferred).
