Requirements
What you will be doing 📝
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through email, and chat for the most part.
More specifically:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

- Fluency in German/Italian/Spanish language (C1-C2 level).
- Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
- Previous experience in customer service/ a contact center context.
- Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools.
