ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, FreeNow -Europe’s no1 multi-mobility app with taxi offering at its core- is currently hiring German, Italian and Spanish speakers to join their ever-growing and dynamic team!

📌 Location: Athens  

📍 Working Model: Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days from home)

🖋️You will be reporting to: Customer Care Manager

 

Requirements

What you will be doing 📝

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through email, and chat for the most part.

 More specifically: 

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools 
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas 
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

What are we looking for 🔍

  • Fluency in German/Italian/Spanish language (C1-C2 level). 
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written). 
  • Previous experience in customer service/ a contact center context.
  • Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools. 
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative.
